Walnut Creek Apartments

Since my previous review was removed, I feel compelled to restate my concerns. Walnut Creek Crossing is outdated, and the overall maintenance experience has been disappointing. Maintenance staff often report details from inside residents’ units directly to management when completing service requests, which feels inappropriate and unprofessional. I was issued a non-renewal after repeatedly raising concerns rather than staying silent. In my experience, Rod is a major issue at this property. His management style lacks professionalism and effective communication, and he frequently engages in gossip with residents. Given these ongoing issues, I am glad I moved out.

I had lived there before, I used it as a stepping stone until God say it’s time to move to a better place and I did. It’s what you make of it. Your goals and ambition are important. Every community has it flaws no matter what is the color of ethics it is… it starts with YOU!!!! How you maintain yourself and what company you keep. Most importantly, put God first… especially where you lay your head or your residency.

My concerned when I contacted Walnutty Creek . Roaches, size, price. Well, the price on right, all of the roaches are wrong! This is disgusting! Do something and the apartment was diety upon arrival and I am worn mentally from informing you of my issues. A simple light bulb in closet wasn't installed, food splash and black substance to kitchen ceiling, fire place caked with dust from a million tears ago, food & liquid on kitchen floor, toilet disgusting brown stain, and so much more is just wrong. Do BETTER! OR REFUND

Pros:: the only good thing I really could say about these apts is that the parking lot is big enough for everyone to have a parking spot.... Cons:: ....lemme just say, that everytime I stop by to pick up my cousin I'm being harassed by 2 police ofcs. Always getting interrogated as if I committed a crime... They NEVER give any reason whenever I asked them... Im just passing through.

Things happen here at Walnut,happens in any other place. Crime is every where. If the people wouldn't come here destroying someone else's community. Walnut Creek would be a better place to live.
