Walnut Apartments

The move-in was great. Everything went pretty smooth. Only thing I had an issue with was some of the maintenance in the apartment was not too great. Shower rods not screwed in toilet. Plumbing wasn't too good. Had issues with the handle and flushing. Some outlet covers were not screwed down. A few of the doors don't close all the way or can't close all the way shower knob fell off.

Walnut Apts were NOT for me. 3 years w/ FPI Management locally has been good -to- perfect. Application criteria, lease agreement renewals, maintenance, & crazy fees ..... all seem about right. FYI: Say goodby to your privacy, cuz a RealPage account is mandatory. Pics as proof.

I love living here! Jamie went above and beyond to help me get settled. my apartment is perfect for me, I love the views, I love the landscaping, I love the quiet! Everyone who works here has been very attentive. I think I found my forever home.

I have been here for a month and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is awesome little issues that I had were resolved in a timely matter. The communication was on point. The maintenance crew was on it very knowledgeable. I could see myself here for a while.

Jaime is fantastic. Nicest person you will meet and super down to earth. Got my issues resolved and overall great experience with the move in. A bit hectic but great service.
