Walnut Apartments

I’ve moved out at the end of March 2025 and They are still sending me emails about rent as if I still live there. And here’s the catch. They change the locked before I was able to officially move out. Plus they want to charge me still knowing nobody lives in that apartment. I’ve been trying to contact someone anyone from management. That’s like trying to catch a fly with your bare hands. Might have to take further action with these guys.

Worst experience imaginable, signed a lease and got literally nothing. Toured in February, gave them the deposit and signed the lease in March, was scheduled to move in April. Had incredible trouble reaching them on the move-in date and they said the apartment still needed to be cleaned but would be done soon. Two weeks *AFTER* this they informed us it was unsalvageable and they didn't have the funds to clean and renovate it. We had given them the deposit *two months ago* at this point. We never received the apartment and had to scramble to find somewhere else since they'd wasted so much of our time.

TOTAL SCAM — FRAUDULENT — DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. We signed a lease with them back in MARCH for a move-in date of April 21st. They ghosted us when we tried to ask for keys, their voicemail box was full and we had to hunt down the number of an emoloyee’s second job just to get them to give us the number of someone we could speak to about our keys. We finally got ahold of somone and they lied to us and messed with us for weeks pretending they were cleaning our unit and preparing it (FOR ALMOST TWO WEEKS AFTER WE WERE SUPPOSED TO MOVE IN), until finally they told us that the unit was not available. Then they tried to offer us a smaller unit or a unit closer in size to ours, a unit that we actually had previously toured when we initially toured with them, but which they were now of

Big rooms. Huge windows and balcony. There is a mice problem, but there is biweekly pest control and management/maintenance is very responsive.
