Walnut Acres

I have lived here for 4 years with my children and have had no issues, management has been extremely helpful and polite, along with maintenance very friendly very helpful when needed makes sure things are done within a timely fashion.

Every negative review I have read about Walnut Acres is spot on. I have lived here less than a year and am desperately trying to find some other place to live. This place is a nightmare and I am NOT exaggerating one bit. A living nightmare!

Friendly atmosphere, with nice living units.

We have lived here from September 2018 to present We are looking to move this is not a good place to live! We have been complaining since October 2021 about the people that live above us with smoking and it comes into our apartment! We have put in written complaints to no avail! Management does nothing nor does the property manager care! I and my wife had covid recently. I also have COPD and am having a hard time breathing. And they will not stop them from smoking in there apartment. There trying to blame the guy who live next to us and he don't even smoke. So NO DO NOT MOVE IN HERE YOU WIIL REGRET IT!

The management allows for nepotism and targets specific tennants all the time, they only fix things when asked a million times, they are rude and not understanding at all. They turn a blind eye to actual illegal activity in favor of bothering quiet "keep to themselves" tennants.
