Wendy and her team did an exceptional job! They went out of their way to find us a better deal. Being self employed, it isn't easy to find a lender who takes you seriously. Not only was Wendy communicative, she helped us get a better kind of mortgage than the one we had applied for. Her team is responsive and they kept us in the loop of where they were in the process. Wow, I am shocked that these were not all 5 star reviews! Our interaction and experience with this firm was first rate! We bought a vacation home in Sandpoint and needed a lot of information and explanation throughout the process. Wendy Anderson was incredible as were her supporting staff. I highly, highly recommend this firm for your lending needs. Oh, might I add that our money owed at closing came in 15k lower than expected! What a gift at the end of the process! Definitely recommending Wendy and her team to everyone I know. Highly satisfied client.

When I was first introduced to Wendy, she was great. My better half and I have been looking at purchasing a home for the first time and she was excited to help once our credit got in order. I recently reached out to Wendy about helping us possibly get a home for a house press then 300,000$. She was not excited, and didn't seem to care. When we went through emailing back and forth, she told me "so sorry the house won't pass! Have a nice day" No explanation, not reason behind it. Just sorry. I was so upset. I still have the email to prove her rude response. When I asked her why, I never got an email back. If you want to have a high priced home she's great ! If you need something smaller . She treat the gym on her better not recommended.
