Wallace Properties, Inc.

This property company manages parking at the Bellevue N. Shopping Center. I was given a $40 parking ticket for parking less than 15 minutes after purchasing a coffee at Panera and then getting an açai bowl around the corner. This is on a day where there were about 20+ spots open in the parking lot and did not have chalk drawn on my wheel indicating I had been there for an extended period of time. I have done this many times before as I lived in Northtowne Bellevue. They said that technically I “walked off” of the property therefore, I would be given a ticket, which goes to show they don’t value people that have been going there for years. Most places will consider walking off leaving their vehicle for an unreasonable period of time in a lot, which this wasn’t the case. They are a greedy

I wish I could give negative. Horrible company to deal with. If you want to sell or lease out your property, they might do a decent job... but if you are looking to lease something stay away from anything that is managed by this company. They will do anything in their power to make your stay miserable and will bombard you with surprise charges periodically. If you still want to be at the property that is managed by them, oh geez, get a GOOD lawyer who will negotiate and get the terms you need without settling on anything. Think not 1-2 years, but rather 5-10 year ahead of what you might want to do, even if it's just a silly thought, and get it on the paper... If not, you get screwed with the very first opportunity. I'm counting days until I don't have to deal with this nightmare anymore.
