I’ve leased my home with Wallace ackley for just about 2 years and have gotten great customer service since day 1. Anytime I’ve had to walk in the office Kiyata is very warm and welcoming and addresses my needs. Julie is awesome also, she is always able to address any concerns I have in a timely manner. I also should add anytime ive had to talk to Andrea regarding maintenance needs she sends somebody out within a few days and has it resolved quickly. By far the best property management company I have rented through.

I just want to take a moment to thank my apartment complex for everything they’ve done for me, especially since I took custody of my grandkids. Times have been hard, and life changed fast, but they have truly worked with me every step of the way. Instead of filing an eviction or adding more stress to my situation, they made sure to support me however they could. A special thank you to Julie for her patience, understanding, and kindness. She has gone above and beyond to help me keep stability for my family, and I am truly grateful.
