SELLER BEWARE – Read W2W’s contract carefully. Barb was great …until she filled our adorable bayside cottage with dark, drab, dated, oversized furnishings that made rooms feel smaller and sad. Several of her items were dirty/worn looking or stained. We were shocked to see our (previously vacant) home and asked her to remove her staging materials on day 1, feeling certain our sale would be negatively impacted. Barb showed no concern whatsoever for our dissatisfaction with their service. It took a week and our realtor’s intervention to get W2W to move out so we could have it re-staged by another company, who did a beautiful job. Barb Perez from Wall To Wall Home Staging did an excellent job staging the colonial house I was selling perfectly to showcase the wonderful aspects of the house. She chose a teal accent color that she carried throughout the house to tie everything together. I was blown away with the canvas prints, furniture and designer accents she chose. I know it helped present the house in the best light possible and we had an offer on the house in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend them for any home staging project.
