Walker Woods

A great apartment. The people at the office are helpful. There was a lady who assisted me in finding my package, and we eventually found it. The view during sunset is beautiful, and the pool and gym are clean. The gym has enough equipment for a full-body workout, including treadmills, indoor cycles, weights, etc.. Many many free parking slots outside. Its location is a bit far from the center of the city for those who only have a bike like me. However, as a Paris Air student, I faced some issues. Cecilia charged me a lot of unnecessary fees, such as one for not taking out the trash, even though I had planned to do it. There are also many frustrating rules that I can't stand. For example, you can't have friends stay overnight, even though I always pay my rent on time. There are many other

I haven't lived in an apartment complex in over 50 years. Walker Woods has exceeded all of my expectations. Facilities are great and the staff is exceptional. Neighbors are friendly and there is a real feeling of community. Life is full of changes. This was a great one!

Lovely area and always continuing to improve. They’ve done several renovation of the roads/lots and amenities to make the area look beautiful and maintained. One of the better apartments in Vero! Have had a few family members live here over the years and they’ve always been kind to us.

I've been living at Walker Woods for about 5 months now. I have been very pleased. Maintenance is super quick in emergency and non emergency situations in helping fix things around the apartment. Kayte is very helpful at helping us get established and she is very knowledgeable on all the fun things to do in the Vero Beach area. I felt very welcomed, and they even provided a house warming gift which was a very nice touch. It is a very nice area and well priced compared to other complexes in the area. They are pet friendly. The area is not too noisy. Neighbors are considerate and not too loud. I would recommend living here. I do recall the application process is pretty extensive with a lot of back and forth with the landlords, but it is definitely worth it! They are VERY on top of enforcing

I just moved out from Walker Woods after a little over 1 year. It was by far the best apartment for the price that I've lived at. The maintenance team were kind and helpful. I never had any maintenance request last too long. The longest one took about 2 weeks but that was because they had to get new vinyl ordered for the entry way because it was bubbling. They were out to look at it the day after I put my request in. The complex is by no means "luxury" but it was well maintained (inside and out) and clean. I would walk the complex circle almost nightly and people would sit out on their front stoop and they were friendly as well. Front office puts on little resident events. Some seem a little corny, but I'd rather have a complex that showed some appreciation rather than nothing. My bigge
