Walker Rentals - Fort Leonard Wood

Walker Rentals managed my property in Waynesville, MO, with very few issues for 5 years, UNTIL the current owners and management bought them. I have many rentals and many AirBnBs across the US, and never have I had such a bad experience with a management company. They were basically just drawing a 10% pay check. They sent me an invoice for repairs that was blank, and when I asked what it was and for details I never got a response. Then, of course, the next months pay out was light. When I questioned the office manager she told me I was lying. I tried to send her email proof that they sent me a blank invoice for repairs, but there was no response and when I asked the OM for an alternate email to send it she refused. Honestly, the management team was a joy. They are real genuine people who helped my family immensely. They answered my concerns and Kerri was an absolute joy. Some would almost say a Kare Bear 🐻. Ashley was super thorough during the inspection process and I truly appreciate her attention to detail. Good group of people just trying to help an area that needs a decent rental group.

We really enjoyed our time living in a Walker rental. The property was really beautiful and Walker was very fair with us. As tenants we felt we were valued and treated just as fairly as the owners. Gabby was very easy to work with on questions we had about finding filters, maintenance requests, and even helped us use some of the appliances we were not familiar with. Comparing Walker to other property management services in a different state, we can say that Walker goes above and beyond to protect our property and ensure that we are well informed on everything that is happening in a timely manner. The way Walker team runs their business helps us, the property owners, to have the ease of mind that our properties are well taken care off. The owner portal is constantly and timely updated with inspection reports, pictures and statements. They do all the heavy lifting which is extremely helpful when you are an out-of-state landlord. The whole experience with walker rentals was fantastic from start to finish - 10/10. We rented our house sight-unseen from out of state and Alyssa went above and beyond to make sure we knew what to expect upon arrival.
