Rented through Walk to State through my last 2 years of college and they are awesome. They’re very professional and respond quickly to any and all maintenance requests, they helped me through a summer sublease process, and more. Earlier this month, I aimed for a more accurate portrayal of my experiences at 101 Horne St with WalkToState by submitting a Google review. Today, I would like to provide an honest assessment to fix any misstatements in my previous review. As of 2/14, there were no outstanding maintenance requests during my prior review submission. However, a recurring issue persisted throughout our tenancy, involving a lack of accountability for responsibilities falling into the tenant's domain. I acknowledge this oversight and recognize the bias in my prior review. On a positive note, interactions with employees were consistently pleasant, and the maintenance crew was responsive to most requests, especially with Chuck and Carl. I have rented in many places and from many companies and Walk to State has exceeded my expectations with their timely responses to questions, maintenence requests, and concerns. They have been very thorough in communication and on top of ensuring that any maintenence issues are tended to as quickly as possible. Carl, who is frequently assisting in maintenance assistance, has been outstanding and so kind and thorough in his maintenence he's helped us out with. Thank you for making my renting experience positive and with great ease and little stress. As a landlord, I have used Walk2State for over 10 years now! I was a small mom/pop landlord managing my own places until I met Matt Zaytoun and his crew. It was like I handed it all Over to family. The trust is there, the sincerity is there to manage things in a Way that I was comfortable with. I have all single family homes and although Walk2State can rock some college housing, they can also pivot to SFH and accomodate that demographic beautifully. One last thing, Matt seems to have a motto to give a home to a tenant in the condition that he wants it back! Fair is fair. I have never had a single complaint from a tenant that there needs or issues were not addressed quickly and completely. If that is the kind of management firm you are looking for,,, look no further.
