I applied to rent a property 2 weeks ago. $50 shot. The property manager will not return my calls and no one at the main office will either. The last contact I have with them asked for my husband to complete his co applicant portion and pay another $50 but when we try to, the website continues to cite “invalid credentials”. I continue to reach out with no response. We are about to be homeless because we sold our own house to rent for a year before we move out of state and this is how this company treats potential rentals. I even offered to pay a year in advance. It’s heartbreaking.

I’ve had a really great experience with Sybil being kind and patient with me even when reaching out multiple times looking for availability in a specific property over the course of some months. One magical day the stars aligned and she helped me with the application, was incredibly helpful throughout the process and worked to meet my needs all while being incredibly responsive and great communicating updates and changes. She helped me overcome barriers by asking me questions instead of simply dismissing me. Working with her has been the easiest part of moving! I’m happy with my new home and love how quiet the property is. I’m so glad I was persistent with my inquiry and my kids and I have a safe and cozy place to call home.

The best property management! They are very understanding! And the maintenance people are so nice and they come and fix anything we need. One day the maintenance came to just help me burn off grease from my oven. Pest control comes every month. And a cleaning lady comes to clean up the complex every week! I love them I wish I could forever rent from them! I’ve never had a problem with getting in contact with them. They always called or sent an email when we could expect someone to be in our apartment!

Not in the best shape on move in, but maintenance has not only been better than anyone at communicating, but have been very quick to getting things done when requested. The apartments are a very affordable homes for those who are looking to save money are in school. Neighbors are the sweetest and are all super helpful. This has been an amazing experience as a home so far.

Worst place, worst neighbor. Charlene Gomez and Josh Strawn are absolutely uncomfortable to live next too no one foes anything about their loud music and her terrible karaoke singing at all hours. She drinks too much and fights with her man and it's uncomfortable. I moved in this place to a RUSHED job. Saw dust everywhere, I cleaned up, missing vent cover on the duct, they smoked the entire time they were remodeling I know because I looked at them to sign a lease before they finished and Brittany knows it. I saw the ceiling in the bathroom when I moved in and no one cleaned it. Every shower taken caused it to melt off and down the walls and I am a wall wiper and clean walls regularly and that was enough to get on my nerves and usually I enjoy cleaning off my walls.
