Waldren Woods Apartments

I have lived at Waldren Woods going on 3 years, I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath apt which I truly enjoy...the years I have lived there new peeps were storing things in the breezeway--was advised by maintenance that that was ok. but it was removed as quickly as I asked about it--at times I work various odd hours sometimes coming home at 3am--there is NEVER any parking space near my building, and even when I get off at 5pm-its 50/50 I will get a parking spot near or directly in front of my building--I agree with the another commentor --the change in management has happened sooo many times--I am leery about paying my rent because don't know if the person taking the rent will be around long enough to properly deposit it--I know of two places where management stole tenants money--other than that fe

The current property management team (Allyson and Taylor) have been great. I wish they would have started a year ago! They take managing the property seriously and provide timely follow-ups. They have been the only management team to help provide a resolution to my ongoing issue that I have had for months. They listen and get things done!

These neighbors need to be fine in order to stop putting stuff in the breezeway. This is the view you are welcome to after a long day. A longggggg chest draw placed in the breezeway. If you can’t throw away your furniture why leave it in the breezeway? The lease states, to keep the breezeway empty, it’s not for storage. Keep it in your home until you get help to throw it away. Why are people this slow?

Aly and Taylor took over as management a few months ago. Since they got here I feel heard and things are getting done. They have really tried to get the property cleaned up and deal with complaints from tenants. Thank you ladies for all you do.

Management, advise maintenance (not the older guy), to read their online portal orders before knocking or attempting to apply a master key to a random door bc I think this is taken lightly. It’s extremely careless and unsafe. Don’t try it again. UPDATE: there was no proper procedure followed, the red head guy is a creep. He had no orders or reason to be at my door with a master key when it was the neighbor across that needed his assistance. And if he tries that crap again a police report will be filed. Take accountability, and good bye! Update: he no longer works here and there is a new property manager.
