Waldorf North Park

Unsafe living conditions. Don’t let the fresh paint fool you-this is a 100 year old building that has been left to rot and should be condemned. Mold, mice, unsafe and uninspected electrical systems with live wires, leaky plumbing and to top it all off extremely overpriced for the area. They did the bare minimum to repair some of the issues I’ve shown, but ultimately it is still unsafe to live in and the building is unfinished. I was sick for several weeks, and i’m not sure if it was the mold in the walls (the giant gaping hole they left is pictured) or the sewage smell that would occasionally waft by the back entrance. They let me move out so I gave them a star back.
