Absolutely no handyman on the premises, very slow to answer apt issues, the landlord hires people to upgrade vacant apartments in evening hours when children are going to bed, the refuse area is constantly spilling onto the premises, and parking is horrendous. One day I had returned home from work to find two homeless drug addicts camping on my stairwell and smoking drugs in the hallway. I complained very little and always paid on time. Upon leaving I cleaned, patched, and steam cleaned my apartment and still got my deposit taken. Kelly, the landlord, is sub-par at best and is extremely inconsiderate to the tenants. Will constantly tell you she is looking for the answers, but they always seem to out running her. I recommend literally anywhere but here.
