Great service and helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing is that when viewing and touring the apartment, when I took off my shoes before stepping on the carpet, I meant to do it because I don't want to dirty the carpet of my new home; I'd expect the tour guide to understand that, but instead they stepped in the room with shoes on, disregarding my intent to want to keep the place clean. Place is a bit dirty but a little scruff to clean is the price to pay to call a place home.

I just moved in a week ago and I’m already having a bad experience. I have been in a roach infested apartment. It seems like nobody fumigated before I moved in. I spoke with the leasing office about a pest control and instantly got the run around and was told they only come once a week to only 10 units that request it. On top of that Jeannette, the property manager, was extremely useless and rude. I tried to request to get my situation escalated and expedited, stating my situation has only gotten worse no matter how much I combat it, but she didn’t even bother and kept spewing the same information and then told me to “buy a spray” until pest control comes and then constantly walked around like she was busy even though she wasn’t doing anything but talking to me. She is very unprofessional

Me and my girlfriend are coming from New York and moving to Orlando. We came across a lot of difficulties until we started to talk to Walden palms, specifically Herminia! She talked to us the whole way here from scheduling a touring with them and discussing all of our leasing options! We found a comfortable home in our price range and came out with a perfect experience plus we even got 6 weeks free but overall an amazing experience and we will be on our way to start a new journey in an amazing area. Everything is comforting and highly maintained and overall just want to say thank you to Herminia and the Walden palms for having us!

I have lived here since July 2023 and have not enjoyed fun and relaxation of a cool and refreshing dip in any of two swimming pools, or relax in the soothing hot tub after a long day. Both pools and hot tubs have been closed due to maintenance. When I asked how long these amenities have been closed for maintenance, I was told two years! Can’t play volleyball or tennis at the sport court because both are missing nets. The HOA nor property managers cannot give a definite answer as to when these problems will be fixed. Each of these amenities on Walden Park website are falsely advertised, looking pristine, new and operational.The pictures I took of the unfixed pools, hot tub, volleyball and tennis court taken February 10th 2024. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPLEX Totally disgusted. Trash left by my apt this morning! My nightmare started here on July 1st 2025 The one and only good thing maintenance is very good they come same day to fix things. My refrigerator and freezer has had to be fixed 3 times within the first 6 month's. Washer & dryer fixed twice. The gym on the other hand has only 2 pieces of very old equipment The BIGGEST Problem is the ROACHES!!! My adult son and I have talked to several other residents over the past 6 month's all of whom have said the same issue!!! Every single Condo here has a roach problem according to other residents. As far as the pest control the HOA controls it and the scheduling and told me after move in that 10 units are treated a week that equals 40 in a month. There's 440 units
