Wakulla Realty: Hall Sonya

Sonya and her team were great! We relocated from Vermont to Tallahassee and she handled everything for us while we were in Vermont. Sonya went above and beyond for us and was very responsive and professional. We are so happy with our new home and would recommend Wakulla Realty.

Sonya seemed ok, in spite of the fact that she kept claiming that she had gotten someone to clean the house before we moved in although it was obviously nasty. These are pictures of what it looked like WHEN WE MOVED IN and she told me someone would come clean, but they never did. I scrubbed and cloroxed and cleaned that place and left it nicer than I found it. Always paid on time too. But when we moved out, she kept all but $50 of our $1200 deposit claiming that we had left broken lightbulbs and that she had to have it deep cleaned because it smelled! That house had a mold problem from day 1 and I told her so, but she didn't seem to care. I'll never do business with her again.

This place is the worse in town to do business with. They try to keep your deposit for mere time. Karen Williams is very disrespectful. She conduct business very unprofessional. She doesn't know how to talk to people. People, let this place be your last choice to rent or buy from. Worse experience ever...

This is the most dishonest realty company in town . Don't count on getting any of your deposit back , Sonya Hall will make up BS you to keep from returning it to you . As for the home owner Randal Pelt is also dishonest!!! KARMA

I have had a good experience with Wakulla Realty I rented from them for 14 years Karen Williams was the best landlord I could ask for they always done things when need it done I would not have to wait I am now a home owner , but if I had to go back to renting Wakulla Realty would be it. Thank you
