Wakefield commons

I know for a fact that some residents who live in those apartments don't actually live there; they live with their son but have a second-floor apartment that they use as an emergency backup, which is unbelievable when so many people are waiting for housing assistance. The tenants smoke marijuana on the complex grounds, even though it's not allowed. People who don't live here are throwing trash in the dumpster, like mattresses and other large items, and they're not residents. Since the previous property manager left, the place has been going downhill. I've seen trash on the porches, abandoned bicycles, and there's a huge difference in cleanliness.

My daughter lives there and they have been awesome to her. They are prompt on repairs or responding to any of our concerns. I have seen three different managers in the last seven years and all the managers have been accommodating. There is one manager that does seems a little harsh but I guess that goes with the category. Other than that everyone is awesome. An awesome place to live.

Just wanted to share Wakefield commons has been great, and any time I've had a issue it was taking care of very quickly. Yesterday evening my AC just wasn't working I called yesterday evening and left a message and the maintenance man was here by lunch today and fixed it 🙏 just wanted to say thank you so much

I have very bad expectations in this community, I have never seen anything like this, but they don't provide service to the apartments and the managers who have worked there, one pays the rent and it seems that they don't deposit the payment and then they charge you as if you haven't paid the rent. Since I can, I have moved out of this place. They have no responsible people. Apparently this is very disappointing. They forced me to pay rent that I had already paid after two years and 5 months. So it's not fair.

Worst place I’ve ever lived. The property manager is the worst. She will stalk, watch, and snoop on your unit. She will watch who comes in and out of your unit with a key she will even go as far as taking pictures. She will enter your unit without notice, and says she’s investigating. She will go through drawers, cabinets, closets and take pictures. She also has her “picks” in the building and will have them watching your unit as well, she will have them write a statement and how your in violation of your lease. You can’t do anything here. The area is nice but it’s not near worth the stress. This place is a revolving door, mind you these apartments opened in November 2017 and I can’t even begin to tell you how many people have been evicted, or left at will. They haven’t been opened a year
