I had a fantastic experience working with Karie. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to helping me sell my home during difficult life circumstances. She was always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. She took the time to thoroughly explain every detail before I decided to move forward with the offer from the buyers. My house went under contract 4 days after I put it on the market at 3% under asking price. I accepted and Karie walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. She is truly the BEST!

I booked a 2 bed, 2 bath condo that sleeps 6 in it’s main description . I went directly to availability calendar to book a 2 week stay and dates were available so I booked. Total price with all fees and tax were then calculated and I proceeded to list my information and credit card and # of guests. After clicking on “book now”, my price jumped $800. After speaking with the booking agent, she informed me that an additional per person price of $25 per person/ day over 4 guests was in the information. The $25 cost is NOT listed and this additional cost over 4 persons is only listed under a drop down menu under Overview and says “may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees”. I never opened any drop down menus because I am familiar with the property and amenitie

What a great experience!! We needed a house in a hurry and we decided to let the professionals at Wagner help . We used Tammy Pogar she was amazing.. You cannot get better then this realtor she showed us a number of homes never did she say no even though we asked for showings at last minute no matter the time of day . Tammy made the tedious task of finding the perfect home for us so easy and we were very picky !! Tammy made sure that everything was seamless and moved us through with ease we closed in 4 weeks . Her recommendations of inspections right thru to the mortgage broker went so smoothly, who were all equally amazing. If you need a realtor look no further you are in good hands!!!! THANK YOU TAMMY !!!
