Very professional and helpful management, clean building.

Very rude, lazy and unprofessional. The management office was rarely open, when they do, they they don't serve you. Wagner Greek should do better, but 1 star is more than enough for the location. Edit: I appreciate the management for hiring new professional more attentive staff. I didn't end up renting there because it was already too late when they did, but the new staff were doing their best to help showing the apartment options. I wouldn't give 5 stars either, the availability was limited and the staff weren't able to pull actual numbers for the renting price. Still there is a hassle to get inside and meet the leasing office's staff, but it's rather a tremendous improvement

I usually don’t write reviews but I strongly the need to about this place. Management has proven to be unprofessional only bullying a certain group of residents in Wagner creek. Many people who do not reside in the building continue to park inside of the parking garage without a parking decal leaving no parking spaces for the actual residents. Leaving the residents to park on the road or inside the parking garage near the elevators only to face parking violations. It’s unfair and something needs to be done about this. Parking notices go out about cars will be towed away if they are in violation or have no parking decal but that’s not true no cars actually get towed away, what Olga and Crystal are doing is targeting certain group of residents after they have parked in a parking area they ar

It is a nice apartment building with inside parking garage, gym and a party room and a very nice terrace to just appreciate the view

Good place close to downtown.
