I bought my first house less then 2 years ago. When I had them come back to repair the mistakes done, they sent the contractors to another house and they repaired that house instead not mine. I found out they were going to another house when they weren’t showing up to mine. I contacted those companies and they did come to my house to fix it Half way. The repairs were never done properly. My front door was placed on wrong it is an in swing door with an outswing step. I have water coming inside my house every time it rains. My floors are ruined. I had water coming inside my garage. I have worked with Wade Jurney in the past & it was a nightmare. I swore I would never do business with them again. A few months ago, Maria came into our office in Cape Coral & did a presentation. Informing all the agents that they were bought out & to please give them another chance. I was skeptical, but they have really affordable homes so I brought clients to one of their homes in Lehigh. My clients loved it. Again I was skeptical but put all my trust in Maria. And boy did she deliver!! The did a buyer credit and a bonus for me as a realtor. Prior to moving into the newly constructed home in October, 2019, the builder, "Jack," was highly unprofessional and refused to fix an upstairs toilet containing an unknown, grainy substance. Without initiated contact, a new builder took his place. 4 specific issues were addressed to Wade Jurney Homes, including the master bathroom door not aligning with the latch to become secure, a loud grainy sound coming from the same toilet, and a foul odor coming from the septic. With the septic issue being 1 of the 4 issues addressed, the outdoor, foul smell continues any time water is ran inside the house. Also, the septic company said they were never notified of anyone buying or moving into the home, which meant they never responded to properly activate the system. Wade Jurney has not responded to

I closed on my Wade Jurney Home on October 25th, 2019 here in Cape Coral. Everyone has been so nice and I am enjoying my new home. Maria has stayed in touch with me and any time I had a question or concern, she has gone out of her way to resolve the issue in a timely manner. So far, so good. 👍👍👍
