WA Krauss

I lived in a WA Krauss managed property for a year and moved out recently. They were fair, honest and couldn't have done more to make my time there and move out easier.

Disappointing experience with Wakruss Management and Christina, particularly around the handling of our security deposit. My friend and I lived in the unit for approximately 10 years and left it in reasonable condition consistent with long-term occupancy. After moving out, we received an itemized statement with multiple deductions that did not appear to align with California tenant laws. Most concerning, we were charged for carpet cleaning, stains, and related items, even though the carpet was clearly being replaced. We were also charged for kitchen and bathroom cleaning that appeared to be routine turnover work rather than anything beyond normal wear and tear expected after a long tenancy.
