Vues on Gordon

I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism of Paul from the first time I went to see the unit. He is upfront, kind, personable and follows through in a timely and hassle-free manner. The building is clean, quiet, functional and safe thanks to Paul’s management. He had me sold from the first minute. Lived here for 3 years and loved every second of it. Really nice building, well kept by management, and very quiet at night. Our building Manager, Tonika Moore, was so sweet and very helpful whenever we had questions or problems. Any time we needed something fixed in the unit, our request was taken care of by maintenance very quickly. Overall would highly recommend living here!

Paul has been extremely helpful & friendly since day one. The complex is very cute & modern. It’s always kept clean & smells nice. Esteban is prompt with any appliance issues which have been very minimal thus far. Neighbors are friendly.

I had an incredible experience in the heart of Hollywood in a beautiful, comfy unit that my roommate and I loved for our entire time living here! Having modern appliances with ample space in the bedrooms and bathrooms, our own personal balcony, a community rooftop with a gorgeous view of the city, and a washer/dryer in unit were some of the highlights of our apartment. Tonika has been an outstanding manager from the minute she stepped into the position. Her timely communication made us feel confident in our ability to get help when we needed it and her planning of special holiday events made us feel more engaged with the neighbors in our community. UPDATE DEC 2024: Just a heads up to anyone thinking of moving here, as of Dec 1st they have switched to a new property management company (seemingly at the last minute, we were not notified until a week before), so the quality of services I speak of below pertains to the former company (unfortunately Esteban is no longer here because of this).
