Vue on Medlock Apartments

Absolutely Outstanding Experience – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing experience with Vue on Medlock Apartments, and I can confidently say this is one of the best apartment communities I’ve come across. From the moment I inquired, everything felt welcoming, professional, and genuinely resident-focused. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a very convenient area that feels both peaceful and accessible. What truly made this experience exceptional, though, was Diovelis. She went above and beyond in every possible way. From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. I visited the site for inquiries in regards to rental. I must say I received an exceptional customer service from your staff Diovelis. She was not only pleasant and courteous but very knowledgeable about her job most importantly very welcoming. Thank you Diovelus you will be highly recommended 👌

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I have never met someone as rude as one of the front desk ladies (I think her name is Yulissa) in my entire life. She yelled at my roommate through the phone who was just asking a simple question about insurance because I was at a funeral unable to handle the issue. This lady yelled at my friend because she claimed “she had already spoken to me about it”. The apartments are gross there were bugs everywhere and it smelled of animal pee. We have had our fridge go out, a gas leak, no hot water and my closet does not have doors because they did not have any. Please hear me when I say DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up.

I've been living here for 2 years so far and I have no complaints. My neighbors are super nice, the maintenance staff attends my work orders fairly fast and the front office staff are so nice. The new manager Dee is a doll! Thank you all for making my stay here so wonderful. Coming from an apt complex that never opened the front office, to this! I love it here

I have currently been a resident of this complex for 2 years. The previous management only offered 2-year leases. I am counting down the days until my lease is up. The complex itself has a beautiful, maintained landscape, however, if you walk through it and see the hidden details – you will find Gatorade bottles of pee around in some places (no joke). Apartment quality: Everything in the apartment is old; the layers of paint caked on is a good clue. If you are an individual who wants a quiet living space, I warn you to not get a middle apartment. Meaning, you will have someone below you, to your adjacent, and above you. You will hear your neighbors from all angles. If you’re lucky like I am (sarcasm intended), you will have a stomping upstairs neighbor who hacks phlegm off their balcony
