My experience with this office has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.They never answer phone calls, even when the matter is urgent. When I tried to move out two weeks earlier, they did not allow it and provided zero flexibility. And after I officially vacated the unit and returned the keys on November 10th, they still attempted to charge me for November 11th, which is completely unacceptable.On top of that, last years was a serious safety incident where a neighbor came out with a gun, and the police had to intervene. Yet they claim to run background checks — clearly they don’t, or they don’t do them properly. It is unbelievable that residents are expected to go through screenings while they allow individuals like that to live on the property.To make matters worse, my mother’s

Run!!!! This development is a complete disaster. I don’t even know where to even begin. There’s no maintenance man that knows how to do anything. They have a new one every other month. They don’t cut the grass. No one picks up their dog droppings. Btw they will also raise your rent a few hundred dollars a year. It really seems that are mainly taking advantage of low income families. There’s plenty of better apartments in the area. Avoid this place !!

The staff is always nice and friendly since the moment I stepped foot on property. All of my maintenance issues were done by the maintenance guy Dawis and they were taken care of quickly and efficiently! It’s refreshing to live somewhere where things actually get done.
