Vue at the Lake Apartments

As a new resident my experience has been nothing short of amazing! I am truly enjoying the peaceful quietness of this community with mesmerizing views of Lake Greenhaven.

Sadly, I wanted to love these apartments. Management has always been helpful and maintenance is top notch with response times. But the apartment itself is NOT WORTH A DIME. I am over the roaches,over the spiders, over the laundry room door not closing, over the thin walls, thin windows. Dishwasher never works, under the sink constantly floods, the plumbing issues pretty much has my house smelling horrible every time you walk in. The last straw is finding roach droppings in my microwave. Truly debating breaking my lease, the lake is beautiful… but these apartments aren’t worth the money at all. There’s only so many times you can put in a work order before it’s like ok I’m over this. & the gaps under the front door, spacing under every doorway, you’ll never be alone 🪳.

I had to edit my original review because of the new management of the property. I went on vacation I forgot about the parking lot being paved. Instead of them calling me the tenant they towed my car and cost me $480. I got a call from my lender telling me this two days later. William who was initially there when I moved in three months ago was amazing he called me when I was heading to work he says I don’t want your car towed. (I came back and they didn’t even pave my driveway just a white mark.) I reached out to the Sr manager and she says she put a note on my door my car was towed. (Nope she did not see pictures.) Right when I came to talk to the Sr property manger the deputy manager an African American young lady was rude to me when I asked to speak to sr manager and she begin to ar

I just have to shout out the amazing front desk lady here! She’s always so welcoming and full of positive energy every time I come in. Her bright spirit lights up the whole place, and she goes above and beyond to help residents with anything they need. Plus, her pretty braces make her smile even more beautiful! She’s truly the heart of this complex and makes it feel like home.

I want to Thank our new Manager Donna for handling tenets issues promptly and professionally! She is trying very hard to address situation in a fare manner after carefully investigating. I’m very happy and thankful to her.
