I’ve truly enjoyed my experience living in this apartment community. The property is well maintained, peaceful, and in a very convenient location. The grounds are kept clean, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. The management team has been professional and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, which makes a big difference. It’s clear that care is taken to make this a pleasant place to live. I appreciate having a space that feels like home after long days. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this community to others looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live.Victor is the best!!!

This property's potential is limited by its residents. The property management is too relaxed on enforcement of lease terms and community order. Loud residents, lack of pet rules enforcement, disfunct equipment, and inconsistent maintanence response. Contracted services like pest control, valet trash, get away with doing bare minimum. Residents trash parking garage and hallways, leaving garbage in front of doors all weekend making hallways stink. Domestic disputes are common, resulting in loud arguments at 1:00 am on the patio for everyone to hear. Lots of disregard for courteous behavior. It really creates a hostile environment because sooner or later residents will begin to confront eachother, and we all know eventually how that will end up. This property is operating well. 😍 The staff is very kind, professional, and helpful! Ms. Niy is experienced and handles inquiries with Class and grace. The maintenance orders were handled professionally and timely. The maintenance staff is very kind, neat, and courteous.

One word. ROACHES!!! I wake up every morning to find a few roaches running around like this is there playground. I just moved in 2 months ago and I am extremely clean! There is an infestation in this building and more needs to be done. Pest control comes every week but that doesn’t seem to keep the roaches at bay. As a girl this is a nightmare to have to wake up everyday and fight for your life you against roaches. I’ve never lived with roaches before so this is possible the worse. I should of listened to the reviews before moving in!

Niyanyawh Sims helped me and she was very helpful and attentive! Even reaching out to my while I was still in CA trying to relocate to make sure I had a home! I love my place and appreciate all she’s done!
