Vue at Centennial

The unit was amazing none of the less . The website did the interior of the units absolutely no justice . However upon walking in we weren’t greeted , had to look around for a minute where we ran into an older women name teal . From the initial interaction till I asked for my ID back was uncomfortable. I was pretty clear on what I was seeking and the information needed . Teal was more interested in our personal lives in regards to what we did , how long we’ve been in Nevada & how much money we made etc . Which would be fine if this was the application process . She kept trying to redirect information when it was clear I just wanted to see the unit to see if it was a fit for us . She acted like she didn’t know it was available then as she left out to show us she didn’t tour the office so I

I want to give a shout-out to Teal and the apartment management team. When my car plates arrived, the office kept them safe and made sure they did what they needed to do to reach out to me so I could get them without any issues. Teal was helpful, communicative, and professional throughout the process. I really appreciated her making sure everything was handled properly and following up with me. Both pools and the hot tubs have been closed for the past TWO months. We asked about this in March after we noticed the sign was up for a couple of weeks and the new staff in the office had no idea it had even been closed. A few weeks later, we went back in and asked what was going on and they said they were “waiting on a part”. Do you need this same mystery part for all of them?! So now we are at 2 months, paying over 2k in rent, with very limited amenities. We went to the smaller pool today, as we noticed the sign had finally come down, and both the pool and hot tub back there was absolutely FILTHY. We’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have never seen this lack of service or cleanliness. We never even received a notice about the pool (they send email notices for everything that affect
