They don't care about resident's complaints. I needed them to talk to two residents in different occasions and the answer was "call the police " or "call.animal control". What type.of office.won't care about nuisance in a building they manage?.Also, they keep saying renters cannot have a parking decal in the Skylake Lake Gardens Building but all renters got permission to even park two vehicles there. So, I would say this management is weak, putting things on paper but let people doing whatever they want is weak and contradictory. There's also an old man who lives in apartment 123 who's always in someone's business. Is he the owner of that building if I may ask? He should mind his own business and leave people alone.

VTE Consulting is the worst property management I have ever come across. The representatives are very rude, aggressive and not professional at all. They base decisions that impact the owners negatively in rumors and speculation instead of facts and evidence. I will not recommend them to anyone.
