Volume Apartments

Spotted 6 live German cockroaches on a tour of a unit in building 7 that was allegedly treated for pest control. Of the 5 units I toured, 4 had been pest control treatment but there were still live cockroaches. Decided to not move here but thought it was worth sharing. Very nice leasing agents though! Very welcoming and kind! Excellent your experience otherwise

I’ve been at volume for 6 ish month. In that time the mailboxes have never been secure. Some of my mail has been stolen. The apt blames usps and usps blames the apt. Regulations are clear - property owners are responsible. Broken mail box locks violate federal mail security requirements. I’ll be filing a complaint to 311 and city tenants council. I recently toured Volume Apartments and was pleasantly surprised. The building has a vintage feel but is well maintained and comfortable. What really stood out was the amazing customer service. The staff was warm, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. Their hospitality made the tour experience genuinely positive. Definitely worth a look!

I have had the great pleasure to spend time in these apartments. The landscape around the area is beautiful with some nice restaurants, trees, a parks surrounding the foreground. The infrastructure is really sturdy, I’ve never felt unsafe walking around. The 1 bedroom apartment floor plans here are very spacious and give me a nice comfortable living environment, I couldn’t be happier!

I just want to highlight Jada from the leasing staff! She made the move in process not only seamless, but she also made the task of moving into a new place feel human and established a real connection which is rare to find these days! I moved here for the location, and price and because of her guidance I feel like the Volume staff really cares about their tenants! Thank you Jada!!!
