Volare at the Woodlands

AZ from Volare, has always been so kind and patient with me, he is always willing to go the extra mile. He is professional and acquires excellent customer service skills! I appreciate you AZ! Love living here! Been here over a year now and there were a few issues in the beginning with the hot water not working but it was always quickly fixed. Maintenance is always so incredibly sweet and they fix orders within 1-3 hours. The gates always work so it feels extremely safe. I’m not sure if there are cameras or a security guard. The lighting at night could use a little bit of work (in the parking areas). I’ve never had an issues with roaches (thank goodness) and it is overall a quiet/calm place to live. I always see people outside socializing and walking their dogs. My only real complaint is the fact that there is dog poop EVERYWHERE! The amount of times I have seen poop in the grass/side walks is actually insane. The pool also stays dirty.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and I can say PENNY is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about the tenants and is always willing to help or answer any questions I have. I always ask for her because I know she will do everything she can to ensure I am taken care of. She is an asset to the Waterton team and I have never had someone go above and beyond for me like she has. Thank you Penny for making my experience at volare a good one! It wouldn’t have been the same without you!

I’ve lived in Volare for almost five years now. To be honest, the start wasn’t the smoothest, but the staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The maintenance crew is always so nice and ready to lend a hand or just chat. Penny has been very friendly and willing to help when she can. Also very dog friendly, the front office staff gave my dog a rope tug toy the first time they met him!

As a prospective resident, my experience was disappointing. Penny at the front office was rude in person and via telephone when we asked basic questions about the property. Because of how we were treated, we ultimately decided not to move forward with renting here. Professionalism and courtesy matter, especially when prospective residents are trying to make an informed decision. I can’t even imagine what it would have been like dealing with management that treats you this way after moving in if this is how they behave before you give your business. I hope this changes for the sake of people who do live there.
