Highly unprofessional — I honestly don’t understand how they have positive reviews. Working with them has been an absolute nightmare.

This rental company is the worst rental company you can rent from. We rented a fairly new duplex in Englewood the first month we were here the fridge broke down. It took us a month to get a working fridge back in our unit. Mind you we had to eat we have a child in the house. We ended up eating out every night and then we ended up buying a fridge to put in the garage until we got a replacement. They offered no compensation to the loss of food. I was told to use my renters insurance for the loss of food. Now it's 5 months later and the AC goes out. They were supposed to be out today. Guess what they were a no show. Again I called the management company. They told me that they had don't have anyone to do the service and they put the important services first. So being 90 degrees in the house w
