Don’t move here for 2-3 years. 24+ month pool project. No deliveries to your front door for 3 months. Parking garage is an absolute mess. No parking gate or security for entry. Massive construction project Waldorf makes SO much noise all day and night. Even weekends. All night, through 4am working.

LOVE this building.. I am an owner in the building, having lived here for over one year now.. Management is fantastic. They address any problem immediately, and are definitely working hard for us. The building is maintained very well, always super clean, and the smell of the lobby always makes me happy to walk in the door! Front desk crew is also superb. Condos are all large sizes and have nice views. Also, the location is excellent.... I don't drive, so I walk EVERYWHERE... also, the free trolley and public buses pick up directly in front of building, and the metro is just a few blocks behind... AND it goes directly to the airport in 10 minutes. Last but not least, the pool deck is exquisite... as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have it.

UPDATE: They have switched their management company, and Castle management is still great! Compared to other apartment complexes in Miami/Downtown (I have lived at four other ones), Vizcayne continues to be outstanding. I really miss living here! ORIGINAL POST: I loved my two years here. The front desk staff are all so helpful and welcoming. The packages are open for long hours. The amenities are really resort style. My only complaint is that some of the security people are pretty rude.

As others have mentioned, the pool now closes at 8pm. Before it was 12 midnight, then 9pm, now 8. It's getting ridiculous. Gym is supposed to open at 6am. You're lucky if somebody is there to open it by 6:30am. The hot water goes out constantly. Every floor has had very serious leaks. There's been a leak from a rusted building pipe in the only closet in my apartment for over 1.5 years and they haven't fixed it. Now there's a major humidity issue in the entire building. People open their balcony door and the hallway door to get cross ventilation because the humidity gets so bad and the A/C isn't enough. At least the neighbors are nice. The receptionists are also nice.

We couldn't be happier! We lived in another downtown rental for 5 years which had become overrun with Air BnB and finally decided we had to move. Our only regret is we didn't come here sooner. The staff are professional, efficient and courteous. The building is spotlessly clean and the amenities are first class and constantly being update and improved. Everything about this building is first class!
