I don’t normally make reviews unless it dealing with my food. I had been living out here since November of last year. When I moved in, for weeks I’ve had to deal with the roaches. I’ve had pest control come 2 times and I still see little roaches here and there. Now, we have had no hot water since Sunday morning. I’ve called during non office hours and then I was told by the operator , that has been working with apartment complexes for years, tells me that this complex uses a boiler and that this particular apartment complex treats “no hot water” as a non emergency maintenance issue. How would you feel where you live for days, have no hot water? Went to talk to the front desk. Was told that an email was sent out. All the email said was I ha they are working on the hot water. That was this
False advertisement... Legal action coming soon. Management issues. They owe residents back their money for failure to provide services and responsibilities as declared on a contractual agreement. 1) They make you pay for cable and internet that doesn't work. 2) They make you pay for Electricity, Water, and utilities... but we haven't had any hot water for days now. 3) They make you pay for property maintenance fee, but the property is trashed and landscape workers only come once a month. 4) Office is unoccupied and locked most of the time. Nobody answers the phone. They are trying to avoid the residents and complaints.
According to the lease, Vivo Living is to provide cable and even though they definitely took our money for the cable for the month of March, they did not pay the bill and we haven't had cable for going on 2 weeks now, they stole our money. And now there is no hot water which isn't even legal. There are people here with young children, there are elderly people here, there are people with health issues and they can not properly bathe or even wash dishes. This is not ok. I will be contacting the press if not resolved quickly
I’m not the type of person to leave reviews but I had to mention what an outstanding, and supportive consultant Kay is here at this complex. I’ve lived here for over a year now and just renewed my lease in October. I’m a remote worker and depend on the wifi here. Lately due to the weather wifi has been somewhat spotty. Kay who works in the front office has always been considerate of my situation as a remote worker and goes above and beyond to help me with documentation my employer requires without me even having to ask her for them. I really appreciate how professional she is and anytime i have a request I know I can depend on her to get the job done. She’s always been very polite and friendly. avoid this place at all cost. the roaches are insane. no amount of extermination will stop them at all. they were even in the light fixture in the laundry room. speaking of the laundry room, at one point there was maybe one washer and one dryer working for an entire month. they renovated and there was 2 broken dryers already. the office is lazy. the floors leak water. the ac leaks inside all over the floor. at one point my wi-fi was out for almost 4 weeks. the exterior is dirty as ever. even when i moved in it was dirty. the AC was filthy. Now that i have moved out they refuse to send me my security deposit back in the mail (which they told me multiple times i’ll get it back) after reaching out to them multiple times. it’s been over 30 days from my move out day and Yenia the manager is do
