UPDATE:::: After reaching out to the management/corporate office via email and expressing the details of my situation, I am pleased to be able to state that I am in receipt of my full deposit. Now, if I am successful in getting it cashed without any hiccups, that would also be great. Stay tuned. Worst decision ever! I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Even after reading the bad reviews. Wrong move. I am now in contact with the "New" property manager/company and will take every action that I can to get my measly deposit back. At this point, it is a matter of principal. I could care less. They will lie and tell you that the apartment was not cleaned and it smelled of smoke when I moved out. My photos will prove otherwise. This has been one of the better places Ive rented. Been here for 2 years. Cora has been fantastic addressing needs and concerns. Convenient location, month to month option is terrific, affordable. No place is perfect but this has been amazing.

Although I really like the community and it is perfect for me considring you offer Month to Month, I want to clear up a couple of things credit wise. Ms Irma and Ms Cora were very nice and professional I will consider you gus in the future.

I had a very negative experience here. I saw roaches on multiple occasions, and many things seemed out of compliance or poorly maintained. Several packages of mine went missing, and I felt the front desk staff weren’t honest about the amenities — many were broken or off-limits after I moved in. Overall, it feels like they say whatever they need to just to get your money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Dont do it!... no! The reviews and score are true. The place is a scam, you pay 200$ nonrefundable fee/apply for vague reason of a denial. No explanation of how the background was done or detail letter. Dont waste your money. Go to 2-4 different places with that money. Follow up: Understand, your not given any option to amend your application. No redo's, no letter or email for reason of denial. I spent less on two other apartments applications. And got approved for the higher-end apartments in riverside. Which i was avoiding to save money... save yourself the time and money do not go here.
