Vivien is the best! 10/10!! She helped my family through a very complex 1031 exchange under a Trust. She was able to get us a great deal and what made it even more impressive is that my family is overseas and she was patient and knowledgable sharing her insights from her experiences accumulated over many years in DFW real estate. Vivien is one of the most professional and responsive realtors I have ever met. I have worked and lived internationally and dealt with many realtors (Germany, China, New York, Chicago), and Vivien is definitely outstanding in working with her clients. I have worked with Vivien to purchase a single-family home, and also currently working with her scouting for a ranch. Vivien did a very good job to help us find the dream home in Dallas in less than 5 days. We moved from Michigan to Dallas. Before house hunting, Vivien has given us all the posted houses info every day. As we arrived in Plano Sunday morning, Vivien had set up all the appointments and explained all the local detail info/processes. Vivien helped us in marketing analysis, house inspection, loan process, purchasing process, and final walk through remotely. After purchasing, Vivien also help us take care of house transaction and arrange some preliminary works while we were still in Michigan. We really appreciate Vivien's great experiences, efficiency, and much help/support. She had made a outsider to fit in Dallas much easier and faster. We can always count on her.
