Vivian and her team are amazing! They helped my mom sell her first house without hassle, very quickly, and for much more than we ever thought possible. They have great communication and walked us through the process from day one. My mom and I don't live in Florida anymore, so Vivian and her team were extra hands-on in getting the deal done. A couple of examples: during the sale, my mom's HOA complained that the mailbox wasn't clean and threatened to fine her, so Vivian went there and cleaned and painted the mailbox herself.
