Had a truly exceptional experience touring the Vivian today. This community is a game changer offering high class amenities and spectacular homes to live in. If you’re in a market for a new home located in a prime area right next to uptown / south end go take a tour. Great friendly staff too!

My move to The Vivian Luxury Apartments has been incredibly smooth and stress-free. The leasing office staff and the entire building team — maintenance, cleaning crew, and concierge — have all been very professional, friendly, and responsive. They’ve been quick to answer questions and very attentive throughout the move-in process. Since the building is brand new, there have been a few minor hiccups with systems like fobs and parking, which is to be expected. However, everything was handled quickly and efficiently, making the move-in experience seamless. Even with some construction still happening, the building is kept very clean and I barely notice any construction noise. I’m really enjoying my new place and everything about The Vivian — from the beautiful amenities and decor to the wonder
