Been waiting to make this post till I’ve lived here for a little first to see what it’s all about and let me tell ya.. If you’re thinking about living here, DO IT. Some of the best apartments I’ve lived in. Clean, always smells good. There is garage parking. Secure building and elevator access with fob. Very Walkable neighborhood. The best thing about this complex though is the staff!! Jack in the office, and Oliver the maintenance man. Both of them are so freaking sweet! So nice and welcoming. Made my move in process so easy!! So willing to help and respond to any needs right away. It’s a great complex and I plan on being here for many years. Thank you VIVE

I wanted to hare how pleased we are with our experience living at Vive. We are just starting our second year here, and we love our home. Jack has been an incredible help, he i both friendly and helpful, he goes above and beyond to provide assistance, making u feel comfortable and valued.

Overall, TERRIBLE service and tenant experience, especially after the former property manager left. We moved to Vive from another Weidner property in Minneapolis in 2024. Upon move in the unit needed a fair amount of repair and upkeep, but was nothing to be alarmed about. The units are small, and the finishes (although newer) are cheap and wear easily. The flimsy carpets wore thin in a small patch over the course of living there, and nothing was done to repair or replace. The cheapest possible fixtures are used throughout the units, and we had to spend every week or so re-tightening fixtures, lights, and wall hooks, to make sure things didn't fall off the walls. The dishwasher never worked/drained properly and management refused to replace it. It took us 3+ occurrences of our refrigerator

Moved in this October and I really love the environment here! Jack was super helpful throughout the whole process and made sure my move-in went smoothly. The maintenance team is also great — they fixed my request just a day after I sent it.

Oliver provided prompt and professional service. Just moved in and there were a few minor issues that Oliver fixed right away. And he was so friendly and welcoming! Very impressed with this property. Cori Gill was also amazing. Extremely helpful and key in our decision to live here. Overall I'm very happy we chose Vive.
