Their contracts are very shady. Viva Land group will not take calls and will only communicate through email. We have pay over $27,000 a year towards our payment for our property and only $1600 went towards the principal. A complete scam. We will be hiring a real estate lawyer to look into this.

Top it off with presenting real Estate as residential , But utilizing Ranch land contracts to avoid disclosure, but presenting as residential Homestead and providing septic tank And water Wells is deceptive By fact .
