Viv Apartments

I just wanted to leave a quick review and a "thank you" message for Leasing Agent Michelle. I originally applied for a unit at The Viv and Michelle contacted me and was quick to help me out and get the process started. Unfortunately I was over qualified and was not able to continue forward. She immediately called me to let me know and suggested a different apartment. She was quick to let the other property teams know what was going on and helped with getting my unit secured. Michelle sent me all the information and directions for my now apartment when she is mainly located at The Viv. Thank you so much Michelle for always keeping me updated and guiding me to get my new apartment.!

My name is Gloria Van Rossum and I am a current resident at VIV Apartments. I needed to renew my lease but I needed assistance from a leasing agent so I met with Maricarmen H. Who set me up to be able to to go through the entire lease and sign and initial where needed using her computer. Thankfully, she had lots of patience helping us even when it got a little messed up. She just navigated us and informed us where to sign off and it went by pretty fast and with no problems. I am glad she was available to assist us and share her leadership skills with us. When I needed my lease re-certification done The Apt Management crew Maricarmen , Maria , Sarah & another employee 🤔 here @ "VIV" Apt was very polite, patient & quick with helping me Today . When I came in last week to get help The Apt printer 🖨️ wasn't working to print documents, so I was rescheduled to come back when today arrived "ViV" Apt Management office had everything ready to Go for me to fill out "kudo's I've been here since 2014 & how much this (community - living setting ) has changed & has gotten better upgraded security, help to receive outside rehabilitation services, social event planning etc.

I have lived here for a year now I have had bad experiences from the start recently I had to do a re certification and my experience was not so good with the managers manager however completing the process with Maricarmen. H turned out to be very professional and painless she was understanding and helped me complete what needed to be done so if your gonna talk to anyone make sure it's her .

Please consider moving anywhere else if you can. They will sell you on getting in here and once you’re in, it’s all downhill. No amenity access (that fitness center has been “under construction” for well over a year and a half), good luck getting ahold of anyone in the leasing office or getting consistent information from them (it’s a revolving door, if there are any good staff they leave relatively quickly), security is a third party who is great but they’re not accountable to the apartment community and Viv isn’t responsible for any mistakes they make so be careful what information you get from them and always double check with the leasing office (if you can), I could go on but the other comments also cover it.
