They are not good at all. They don’t come and fix anything on the outside and the grounds. But they will continue to raise the HOA. I have provided photos of water leaking in the garage area, by the roof, and in the walls when they didn’t fix the roof, termites, you name it. It falls on death ears. Everything they say is our responsibility. They suck.

All the other reviews are correct; horrible management to say the least. Stephanie is especially unprofessional and will act in whatever means towards her tenants and/or family as she sees fit. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant.

It doesn't surprise me that this company has so many bad reviews because they are horribly inept. And unprofessional ive never been disrespected and ignored by a company of any kind like I have by Stephanie she is unprofessional dose not meet timeliness responds late if at all and im trying tk put a roof over my child's head this is not a game this people's lives and she acts as if I dont matter

Horrible service, they know nothing, and divert any responsibility when possible. I would consider managing the property with someone else.

Dont even bother manager nicole is completely unprofessional. They'll just take your application fee and won't even respond to you even tho your overqualified for their properties
