The folks over at Vital Property Management are some of the best in the business. They communicate promptly, they are always kind and courteous, and they are consummate professionals who know their business to the highest level. We've greatly enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone who needs property management services in the Las Vegas area.

Please do yourself a favor and work with a more professional and trust worthy property management. The woman I worked with, Bev Prock. They took $2700 out of my deposit and did not even tell me I had to find out once the remaining balance came in the mail. The charges were for a small hole on the floor, a cracked post on a cheap plastic gate for a side yard entry and a few flowers in the back yard plus’s a cleaning fee when the place was cleaned and spotless, it was cleaner than when I first got the place. $2700 they got from me for maybe a few hundred dollars in repairs. Thankfully we just bought a house through a great realtor and do well for ourselves but people like Bev Prock and company’s like Vital Property Management are out here scamming family’s for thousands of dollars. After paid $90 application fee and being approved, Dawn Houlf treated me to cancel and move forward with next applicant, because I pointed and refused to pay $675 junk fees as the new law Assembly Bill 121, went into effect on October 1, 2025 says. I attached letter and communication with Dawn Non Refundable Cleaning Fee $375.00 Non Refundable Key Fee $150.00 Admin fee $150. Application fee $90 must be refunded as Nevada law requires The property is 45 days listing online, now I know why I’m moving forward with legal procedures if she will cancel my rental process. Dawn! I recently moved into a property managed by this team, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent! From the beginning, everything went smoothly and professionally. Dawn, the property manager, has been wonderful-responsive , helpful, and genuinely kind. She made sure ever question was answered and every detail taken care of before and after my move-in. Cameron, the realtor, was also fantastic. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process of finding and securing the place so much easier than I expected.
