I hired Vital Home Inspections to conduct an inspection of a townhouse and while at first they seemed knowledgeable, I learned they did a horrible job. They missed an active roof leak in two places in the attic, a giant mold spot in an empty closet, crumbling drywall under a windowsill, and more mold inside a bathroom vanity. They also told me the roof had 5+ years left on it and that it was covered by the HOA which was completely untrue. They also told me two of my windows were impact and they are not. I DO NOT recommend this company. I called to complain after closing when I discovered I could literally put my finger through the moldy wet wall and the company's owner came over and saw the issues and was very upset his team missed them.
