I couldn't be happier. The location is perfect, close to everything I need, yet still quiet and peaceful. The management team is always responsive and helpful, addressing any concerns promptly. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-maintained, and the community events are a great way to meet neighbors. Overall, it's a fantastic place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient apartment. Alyson, thank you so much for making Vista 707 such a great place to live! Your help with all my questions and your quick responses have made everything so easy and stress-free. I toured this property with a friend of mine & I was extremely impressed. The office smelled amazing when we walked in. We went on a tour & the hallways were extremely clean and smelled great. I'm big on the first impression. The apartment was really nice. We didn't know it was "Affordable Living" until we got there. The prices are extremely inexpensive. They are luxury apartments for sure. The kitchen is BEAUTIFUL. I met the Leasing Agent that was filling in(I don't remember her name) as well as the Property Manager Allison. They were both very kind & friendly. My friend applied and got approved. I think I will apply once my current lease is up. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone in search of their new home.

This is my second time having to leave a review here in order to have my issues addressed. The last time I removed it after it was resolved, but this time I won’t be doing that. Alyson Royle forced me to switch apartments claiming that my current apartment at the time was in dire need of repairs and I’d be put in a different apt while that’s being done. At the time, I was ill and was unable to get my things packed and moved by the time frame she communicated to me. Alyson called my phone EVERYDAY while in the hospital, pressing me to follow through with the transfer so she can get construction started in my current apartment at the time, only for me to be put in an apartment that was unlivable. I was unable to shower, as the drains were clogged, power outlets weren’t fully functioning, ki

Alyson is an exceptional property manager who truly goes above and beyond. Her professionalism and respectfulness are evident in every interaction, making residents feel valued and heard. She's always quick to address concerns and handles everything with a calm and efficient demeanor. Having Alyson as the property manager makes living here a pleasure, knowing that any issues will be resolved promptly and with the amazing courtesy.
