If you want a new home near the chip plants this needs to be on your list. Traffic is light now but also consider the future. They are building nice homes fast so watch for flood plains near any property you may consider. Energy Star homes also available and probably worth the added cost. Very housing dense communities imho. Need more parks though.

My husband & I drove to Vistancia to look around, time how far out it was, and especially learn about the community. We followed the signs to "home tour". We wanted to ask questions and gain information. We would like to move farther away from the traffic & congestion. Now that we are retired the commute is no longer a factor & we still have an active livestyle. However we are still reeling over how rude the woman was we talked to & how cold the staff was when we walked in the door. We were greeted as if we were an interruption. The woman who showed us the few models was so blatantly rude & we could not understand how she could be in sales. We ended up leaving with little answers to general questions about the community. And obviously not interested in a community that is so unwelcoming &

THIS HOA IS A JOKE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY TO ANYONE. IF YOU PLAN ON PAY FEE'S FOR ANY LITTLE THING YOU DO THEN I GUESS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. THEY COME UP WITH A DIFFERENT FINE AND RULE ON THE FLY. THE OFFICE PERSONNEL DOESN'T HAVE ONE CLUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE LET ALONE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMMUNITY. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!

Very family friendly, great schools, awesome trails, amazing views, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
