Vistana Condominiums

Resident for 2 years. I have my car in the shop. I have the rental parked in uncovered parking. Why today I wall out and it was towed. 10 of us in the office. Manger wants to claim now we need 48 hour passes for guest. This office is never open. It takes several attempts to get stuff done. 2 that is not in my lease. Its in the lease the car has to move and it moved. You guys are criminal. Funny guy with the white van and porches can take two spaces and swap his cars back and fourth with put issue but you take my rental I just moved. TJEY HAVE BEEN SUED FOR THIS BEFORE THIS PLACE TRIES TO GET MONEY PUT OF YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN THAT GATE IS ABSOLUTELY IGNORANT

What’s going on with the gate? You can’t fix that, there no service and you can wait 1 hour just to get home

Durango street is like NASCAR, cars piled up nonstop traffic. Motorcycles and Street Bikes racing by at Midnight. Then at 2am there’s loud birds in the trees doing mating calls for 4 hours. Dog Poop near every building. Neighbors aren’t friendly and don’t care about anyone but themselves. HOA Fees seem to rise every 6 months. There used to be a Security Guard at the gate , now it’s just a electronic system that somebody ripped the wire off the Gate camera , so scammers will wait at the Gate until somebody lets them in. The Gym and Pools are the only good things. and the Newly paved Tennis court is nice.

Complex itself is actually pretty nice. However, THIS GATE. The fact they haven’t done something about it boggles the mind.

The place is nice. It is owner rented but it is run by a HOA. The woman who is in the office doesn't like to deal with the tenants. She is quite rude but it's understandable when she has to deal with the security gate being broken all the time. I wish they would fix that so that people would be able to use it. It's not user friendly at all. I really do feel sorry for that lady having to deal with the disgruntled tenants. It's not her fault about the gates. I live near the front gate & hearing the beeping horns all the time is very irritating. They need to deal with that. It's not like they can actually keep low life's out of anyplace they want to go. Security gates are a falacy. There are garages you can rent. 3 pools & a tennis court too. The neighbors are quiet & nice. Everything is near
