Vista Verde Apartments

Living at Vista Verde was a terrible experience. Maintenance is extremely slow and clearly not a priority here. I had to wait almost three months just to get a washer replaced, which is ridiculous for something so basic. The office staff also seem completely disorganized and rarely know what they’re doing. Getting help or clear answers about anything felt impossible. There were also serious safety issues around the property. At one point a man literally urinated right outside my door in the walkway. I’m including photos from my camera because it was honestly disgusting and shows the type of environment residents are dealing with. I have lived in Vista Verde Apartments for 15 years in two different apartments and I’m moving into another one here at Vista Verde at the end of the month. Dahle and Marta couldn’t be more professional and accommodating with respect and kindness, I look forward to my next five years here at Vista Verde Apartments. I had a great experience during my apartment tour with Shantarica. She was extremely informative and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. She made the entire process easy to understand and gave me a lot of useful details about the property, amenities, and leasing options. Her friendly and professional attitude made the tour enjoyable and stress-free. I really appreciated her help—highly recommend touring with her!

Truly, a great place to live and managed by great people! The units are nice and spacious, and there’s a fully equipped fitness center and a large pool on property with spa/hot tub! Shan and Miss Dale In the office are both absolutely amazing. Shan is always there whenever I need anything, and Miss Dale is always more than willing to help with putting in work orders and such. All in all, great job by the ConAm Management team!

Shan in the leasing office is amazing. She truly cares about this property and goes above and beyond. They do little parties, food truck nights and holiday events. I have been here two years and this is the best the leasing office has been since she’s been here!
