Vista Verde Apartments

If I could I would have selected 0 stars. The property manager there (Victoria) is by far the most unprofessional individual one could ask for. Victoria took our application fee and played plus like a fiddle all the way up until she miraculously remembered that she approved someone else while our application was being processed. DO NOT waste your time here! Based off the other reviews of her incompetence , id find another place with a property manager that can actually do their job in a professional manner. Complete joke Victoria!

For my first apartment I think I lucked out. I've been here coming onto 3 years now and honestly everything has been very well handled. They renovated as well so everything is gorgeous.

The is nice but the property manager doesnt care about the complains. She doesnt care about the tenants complain NR better go straight to the police on your accidents car. Burglary. Thief. Anything

I called this business to find out more about an apartment for rent for my son and daughter in law. The lady who answered the phone was evasive and difficult to get answers from about the complex. Seemed like they did not want to rent the apartment! I went down to Fairway Apartments... much nicer and helpful staff.

Be prepared for your rent to increase around $150 each year and if you have 2 vehicles good luck with parking but make sure your parking permit sticks to your windshield or you’ll probably get your vehicle towed even if it’s parked where it should be.
