Very noisy due to constant repair, maintenance and thin walls that you can hear conversion from out side of door. Heard complaint from neighbors about plumbing noise too. Fire dept visits at least once a month due to fire alarm or emergency which can be very frustrated. However, staff are very friendly and kind. The place have onsite nurse and coordinator that help with social services. Try to stay away from busy downtown area anyways.
